EXTENDED WARRANTY TERMS

• Validity Period: This Extended Warranty Certificate is valid for the additional coverage duration specified on the certificate, starting upon the expiration of the product’s mandatory statutory warranty.

• Authorized Installation Requirement: For the Extended Warranty Certificate to be valid, the initial product installation must be performed exclusively by ONVO Authorized Services.

• Purchase Window: The Extended Warranty Certificate can be purchased within 180 (one hundred eighty) days from the initial installation date completed by an ONVO Authorized Service. Certificates cannot be issued once this period has elapsed.

• Coverage & Repairs: For defects arising from manufacturing or material flaws within the warranty scope, required spare parts replacement and labor services are provided free of charge.

• Repair Determination: The location of repair (either the customer's address or the authorized service workshop) and the applicable repair method shall be determined solely by the ONVO Authorized Service.

• Technical Assessment: The technical methodology applied to resolve defects, as well as the identification of parts to be replaced, are subject to our company’s technical evaluation.

• Invalidation: Any alteration, falsification, or tampering with this certificate, or the modification, deletion, or illegibility of the product's original serial number, renders the Extended Warranty Certificate void.

• Replaced Parts: All defective parts replaced under warranty become the property of our company.

• Serial Number Bound: The Extended Warranty Certificate is registered to the specific serial number of the product and applies exclusively to that item.

• Statutory Rights: Rights provided under this certificate do not eliminate, restrict, or prejudice the consumer's statutory rights arising from Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and applicable legislation.

EXCLUSIONS FROM EXTENDED WARRANTY

The following circumstances fall outside the scope of the Extended Warranty. Malfunctions caused by these reasons shall be treated as chargeable (paid) repairs:

• User Errors: Damages and malfunctions resulting from improper use, negligence, or operational misuse.

• Instruction Non-Compliance: Defects arising from usage contrary to instructions specified in the user manual.

• Unauthorized Intervention: Damages and defects resulting from repairs, modifications, or interventions conducted by unauthorized individuals or entities outside of ONVO Authorized Services.

• Transportation Damage: Damages occurring during transit, loading, unloading, or secondary relocation of the product following initial authorized service installation.

• Electrical Failures: Malfunctions caused by faulty electrical wiring, inadequate grounding, voltage fluctuations (high/low voltage), or operation outside electrical ratings specified on the product label.

• Commercial Misuse: Malfunctions resulting from commercial, industrial, or professional use of products designed strictly for residential/household purposes.

• Force Majeure Events: Damages caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, fires, lightning strikes, or similar force majeure events.

• Consumables & Wear: Consumable parts and components subject to natural wear and tear during normal usage over time.

• Breach of Terms: Situations resulting from non-compliance with the conditions set forth in this Extended Warranty Certificate.
