SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Dispatch and Delivery Timelines

• Dispatch Duration: Your orders are handed over to the courier within 24 to 48 hours (Monday–Friday) following payment confirmation.

• Estimated Delivery Time: Depending on the distance of your delivery address, the courier company will deliver your shipment within 1 to 5 business days.

• Weekend & Cut-Off Hours: Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

• Contracted Carriers: Deliveries are handled securely via ONVO’s contracted logistics partners (HepsiJet, Horoz Lojistik, Aras Kargo).

• Holidays: No deliveries are processed on public holidays and weekends.

Order Notifications & Contact Accuracy

• Confirmation E-mail: Upon completing your purchase, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent automatically to your registered address.

• Operational Delays: In the event of an unforeseen delay originating from our side, you will be notified using your account details. Therefore, it is essential that your contact and profile information is complete and up to date.

Out of Stock Procedures

onvo.com.tr is an online retail store accessible to multiple users simultaneously. On rare occasions, multiple customers may purchase the same item simultaneously, leading to stock depletion:

• Stock Notification: If a purchased product is temporarily out of stock, an e-mail will be dispatched notifying you of the estimated restock date.

• Waiting Period & Refunds: For items that are temporarily out of stock post-payment, a processing window of 4 to 30 days applies. If the product cannot be fulfilled within this 30-day period, the full payment will be refunded directly to your original payment method.
