PERSONAL DATA PRIVACY POLICY

  • Dear Customers, Business Partners, Visitors, Employee Candidates and Staff, as ONVO ELEKTRONİK A.Ş (“ONVO” or “Company”), we attach great importance to the protection of your personal data. In this context, we would like to inform you about your personal data and processing procedures in the capacity of “data controller” pursuant to the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”).
  • This Policy aims to ensure the sustainability of the Company's "principle of conducting company activities in transparency". In this context, the basic principles adopted in terms of compliance of the Company's data processing activities with the regulations in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVK Law") are determined and the practices carried out by the Company are explained.
  • The policy is for real persons whose personal data is processed by the Company automatically or non-automatically provided that they are part of any data recording system.
  • The Policy has been published on the Company's website and disclosed to the public. In case of conflict with the legislation in force, particularly the Law, and the regulations included in this Policy, the provisions of the legislation shall apply.
  • The Company reserves the right to make changes in the Policy in line with the legal regulations.
  • WHAT IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA
  • Personal data means information that identifies you or makes you identifiable. The categories of your personal data that can be processed by ONVO Elektronik are listed below.
    • Identity Data: refers to the real persons who benefit from the products and services offered by ONVO Elektronik.
    • Communication Data: is the data group that can be used to contact the person (Phone, postal address, e-mail, fax number, IP address, )
    • Sensitive Personal Data: This category of data refers to data types such as (i) health data obtained from personnel within the scope of personal and occupational safety (ii) biometric data such as fingerprints and facial scans (iii) criminal records of criminal convictions.
    • Visual Data: refers to the photograph taken during the recruitment of the personnel or the image of the persons in the camera recordings taken for security purposes at the physical premises of ONVO Elektronik. )
    • Auditory Data: is the data regarding the voices recorded by the security camera in the call center calls of the people or at the physical premises of ONVO Elektronik.
    • Personal Data: is the data type that includes the personnel's identity, contact information, as well as profession, education, financial data obtained within the scope of the personnel file that is legally required to be created within the framework of the employment contract executed with the personnel.)
    • Purchased Product Information: is the data processed in ONVO Electronic databases within the scope of manufacturer and warranty responsibility, as well as the fulfillment of technical service or assembly service regarding the products and services purchased by individuals.
    • Contract Data: refers to all data such as signature, signatory circular, natural person company information that ONVO Elektronik has entered into the database as a result of the contractual bond established with its business partners, suppliers and external sources with which it has legal or commercial relations.
    • Location Data: refers to all of the location data of the employees that ONVO Elektronik processes for the purpose of internal audit.
    • Performance Data: is the entirety of the data processed for the purpose of internal auditing and increasing operability for the personnel within the company and for the performance audit of the business partners outside the company.

Your identity and contact information acquired directly from you through your visits to our website, your posts on our Social Media Accounts, your requests and complaints to our call center and the forms in our stands at the fairgrounds are processed in accordance with Article 5/2 of the law for the management of your requests and complaints, and processed within the framework of the goal of informing you about the products and services of our company and offering you a number of exclusive products in accordance with the marketing purpose upon your explicit consent.

  • METHOD OF COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL GROUNDS
  • Your personal data is collected through all kinds of physical and electronic media such as your purchases from our websites, technical services, dealers and other face-to-face channels, call centers, website visits, recruitment processes, visits to our workplaces, and depending on the nature of the personal data and the purpose of processing, such shall further be collected on grounds of compliance with the law in Article 5, paragraph 2 of the Law and succeeding legislation (explained below), and in the absence of such grounds, upon your explicit consent. Your personal data may be collected, processed and transferred for the purposes stated in this Policy, based on the legal grounds listed below, by fully automatic, partially automatic or non-automatic methods.

  • MA may transfer your personal data to the following domestic buyer groups within the scope of the Law and other legislation for the purposes set out in this Policy:

    • Suppliers and business partners from which you desire to make a purchase, request technical service or installation service and which we collaborate with in providing or delivering the services to you,
    • Our business partners, supplier companies, banks, financial institutions, with whom we cooperate and/or receive services for the presentation, promotion and similar purposes of products and services,
    • Lawyers, auditors, consultants and service providers,
    • Your attorneys, guardians and representatives authorized by you,
    • Institutions or organizations authorized to request your personal data, such as regulatory and supervisory institutions, courts and enforcement offices, and persons designated by such

  • YOUR RIGHTS
  • You are entitled to the following rights through application to ONVO Elektronik via the methods in the "Contact" section of this Policy in accordance with Article 11 of the Law:

    • learn whether the personal data is processed or not,
    • request information in this regard if the personal data has been processed,
    • learn the purpose of the data processing and whether this data has been used for the intended purposes,
    • know the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred at home or abroad,
    • request the rectification of the incomplete or inaccurate data, if any,
    • request the deletion or destruction of your Personal Data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the KVKK legislation
    • request notification of third parties to whom your Personal Data has been transferred,
    • object to the processing, exclusively by automatic means, of the personal data, which leads to an unfavorable consequence for the relevant person,
    • request compensation for the damage arising from the unlawful processing of the personal data.
  • ASSURANCE OF THE SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL DATA
  • In order to prevent unlawful disclosure, access, transfer or other security deficiencies that may occur otherwise, all necessary measures are taken by the Company within the bounds of possibility according to the nature of the data to be protected.
  • In this context, the Company takes all necessary (i) administrative and (ii) technical measures, (iii) establishes an audit system within the company, and (iv) acts in accordance with the measures stipulated in the KVK Law in case of unlawful disclosure of personal data.
  • DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL DATA
  • Despite being processed in accordance with the law in accordance with Article 7 of the Law, the Company shall delete, destroy or anonymize the personal data ex officio or upon the request of the Respective Individual in accordance with the guidelines published by the Institution in the event of disappearance of the reasons requiring processing.
  • MA Elektonik has prepared and published a DESTRUCTION POLICY within the company, which determines the destruction procedures of personal data. All destruction processes are carried out in accordance with this policy.
